This User Agreement establishes the terms between you and AudioEnhance AI regarding the use of our AI-powered audio tools across all supported platforms (web, iOS, Android).

2. Data Processing Rights

AudioEnhance AI provides a platform that allows users to process audio files, reduce noise, and receive AI-generated enhancements securely.

By inputting audio files into AudioEnhance AI, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and securely process your data solely for the purpose of providing the AI enhancement services you request.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of AudioEnhance AI, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensure that the audio files you input do not contain sensitive personal information that you do not have the right to process.
• Use the AI-generated audio responsibly and acknowledge that they are algorithmic enhancements to your files.

4. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of AudioEnhance AI at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes that impact your audio data or access to the service.

5. Account Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account. AudioEnhance AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this agreement or our Terms and Conditions.
