User Agreement

1. Scope of Agreement

This User Agreement establishes the contractual terms between you and Forpartum LLC regarding the use of Audio Enhancer & Noise Reducer across all supported platforms (Android, iOS, and Web).

2. Data Processing Rights

Audio Enhancer & Noise Reducer provides a platform that allows users to process audio files, reduce noise, and receive enhanced sound quality securely.

By inputting audio files into Audio Enhancer & Noise Reducer, you grant Forpartum LLC a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to temporarily use, host, store, and process your audio data solely for the purpose of providing the enhancement and noise reduction services you request.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Audio Enhancer & Noise Reducer, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensure that the audio files you input do not infringe on intellectual property rights or violate privacy rights of third parties.
• Use the enhanced audio responsibly and acknowledge that enhancements are algorithmic modifications to your files.

4. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, optimize, or improve features of Audio Enhancer & Noise Reducer at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes that impact your audio data or access to the service.

5. Account Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the app. Forpartum LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this agreement or our Terms & Conditions.
