Guidelines for using our audio enhancement and noise reduction services responsibly.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Audio Enhancer & Noise Reducer ("the App"), provided and operated by Forpartum LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This includes the use of our audio processing tools, noise filters, file enhancers, and AI audio platform.

2. User Representations

When you upload or provide audio for enhancement, you represent and warrant that:

  • You provide audio files that you have the legal right to process and allow the app to enhance.
  • Your use of the service does not violate any local, state, national, or international laws or third-party rights.
  • You will not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or malicious purposes.

3. Use of AI Audio Enhancement

Our Audio Enhancer & Noise Reducer module allows you to process your audio and receive AI-enhanced outputs. You agree that:

  • AI-generated outputs are algorithmic enhancements, and you are responsible for the content of your audio.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating the enhanced audio as needed for your specific use cases.
  • Forpartum LLC is not liable for data loss, corrupted files, or outcomes based on the use of the app.

4. Intellectual Property

Forpartum LLC owns all rights, titles, and interests to the underlying software, branding, and algorithms used to facilitate audio enhancement and processing in Audio Enhancer & Noise Reducer. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use these tools for managing and improving your audio files.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high availability and accurate noise reduction, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or completely error-free at all times.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Audio Enhancer & Noise Reducer to:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of our AI systems or software.
  • Use automated systems, scripts, or bots to spam the service or overload our servers.
  • Upload harmful code, malware, or corrupted media.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in competent courts located in Arizona, United States.
