1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AudioEnhance AI applications and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This includes the use of our audio processing tools, file enhancers, and AI audio platform.

2. User Representations

When you upload or provide audio for enhancement, you represent and warrant that:

  • You provide audio files that you have the right to process and allow the AI to enhance.
  • Your use of the service does not violate any local laws or third-party rights.
  • You will not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.

3. Use of AI Audio Enhancement

Our AudioEnhance AI module allows you to process your audio and receive AI-enhanced outputs. You agree that:

  • AI-generated outputs are algorithmic enhancements, and you are responsible for the content of your audio.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating the enhanced audio as needed.
  • AudioEnhance AI is not liable for data loss, corrupted files, or outcomes based on the use of the app.

4. Intellectual Property

AudioEnhance AI owns all rights to the underlying software and AI algorithms used to facilitate audio enhancement and processing. You are granted a limited, personal license to use these tools for managing your personal or professional audio files.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is." While we strive for high-availability and accurate AI suggestions, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or completely error-free at all times.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use AudioEnhance AI to:

  • Decompile or reverse engineer our AI systems or software.
  • Use automated systems or bots to spam the AI or overload our servers.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with local legal practices.
