1. License Grant

Forpartum LLC hereby grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Audio Enhancer & Noise Reducer application (the "Software") on your compatible mobile and computer devices, strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Software or its audio algorithms.
  • Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Forpartum LLC or its affiliates.

3. Data Usage & Privacy

By using the Software, you acknowledge that:

  • The Software collects usage and audio data to function correctly and generate requested noise reduction and audio enhancements.
  • You agree to grant Forpartum LLC a limited license to process and securely store your audio files ONLY as necessary to provide the enhancement services for you.

4. Updates and Upgrades

Forpartum LLC may periodically provide mandatory or optional updates to the app to improve AI accuracy, introduce new audio enhancement features, or fix bugs. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Forpartum LLC or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to corrupted files, loss of data, or unintended audio alterations.

6. Term and Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Forpartum LLC. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete any copies in your possession.
